The Math competition at Cole Camp on Saturday, 2/22/25, has been cancelled.
It takes time, effort, and knowledge to get diesel school buses running and keep them running when it is below zero. A big shout out to our transportation director, David Sanders, and all of the bus drivers - an awesome team!
Great news! Northwest is planning on going to school tomorrow, at regular time! Hopefully, the weather cooperates in the morning. We will be utilizing snow routes. BASKETBALL GAME CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT: The Boys & Girls Basketball game scheduled for Tuesday vs. Windsor is now moved to this Monday, 2/17/25. There will be 2 quarters of JV Boys starting at 5:00, Varsity Girls, Varsity Boys. Senior Night recognition will take place between the Varsity games. We are trying to get the game in before the potential winter weather.

The Northwest HS Courtwarming Dance for tonight, 2/15/25 has been CANCELLED. This is due to the dropping temps below freezing with current precipitation and expected ice/snow. The students/staff safety is our first priority. Sorry and have a great rest of your weekend.

The Northwest HS Food Drive has been extended to 2/20/25. Our goal is to bring in enough items to let our Northwest Community receive the items before donating to the food pantry. Please help us bring in enough food items. There will be a spot to donate items at the Courtwarming events tonight!

Along side the Kaysinger Basketball Tournament, there was also the Kaysinger Conference Art Contest. We had several students submit pieces to the contest. Congratulations to all the students who participated and received awards in the contest.
Due to poor road conditions, Northwest will NOT be in session on Thursday, February 13th.

The Junior High Kaysinger Basketball tournament has been cancelled for tonight and pushed back a day. Northwest JH Boys will play Cole Camp at 6:15 at LaMonte on Thursday, 2/13/25.
