Coaches needed! Northwest still needs a Junior High Volleyball Coach and Junior High Basketball Coaches for this school year. Coaches must have a substitute certificate and pass a background check. Coaches do not have to be teachers. If you, or someone you know, may be interested in working with junior high kids and athletics please contact the school at afagg@nwmustangs.org or fpinion@nwmustangs.org. Thank you

A big thank you to Pettis County Fire Department, Hughesville Fire Department, Pettis County Sheriff's Office and Spire gas company for their quick responses this morning to our high school. During construction a main gas line was hit. Everyone present (a few adults) evacuated the building as a precaution. No students were present in the building. All student activities in the building are cancelled for today as gas crews continue to work. Thank you to all involved.

A gas line was hit during some construction at the High School this morning. No cause for alarm if you see a fire truck and police vehicles in the parking lot, all is well.
