Our Spelling and Math Bee students did a great job yesterday in the Kaysinger competition! Lidiya Kyvyrzhik took home 1st place in Spelling for the third year in a row, Beckett Ramey got 2nd place in Math, and Reyden Bolling got 3rd place in Math. Jackson Kahrs was 4th place in Spelling and Caleb Smith was 5th place. Way to go! 🏆



Today law enforcement personnel, as part of our ongoing community partnership, visited Northwest schools. No event precipitated this visit. Thank you to our law enforcement partners - we appreciate your support!

Congratulations to Braden Allred for placing 6th in shotput. All High school track team members improved their times at the meet yesterday. Well done.

We are so proud of our students for competing yesterday. We also were able to watch Shelby Dotson retire as the Area VIII Parliamentarian. We can't wait to see ow they do at Districts next Thursday!!

Congratulations NW High School! We have the #1 High School Annual Performance Report (APR) score for the Kaysinger Conference. The APR is a state report that compiles measures of student academic success. These academic successes are due to hard work by students and faculty and staff.


Due to retirement the Pettis Co R-V School District is looking for an individual to serve as our coordinator for MOSIS and Federal Programs. The position is structured so that the district may designate it as either certified or classified. Knowledge of student information systems and/or federal programs would be beneficial but is not required. Training will be provided for the position. Hiring for the position will be no later than June 2023 and may be as soon as April 2023 dependent on candidate strengths and availability.
