Superintendent's Message
I am so thrilled about the start of another school year! Our maintenance/custodial staff has been working hard to get the buildings ready for students. We have been completing the usual summer work and beginning work on the projects approved through the bond that we passed in April. Thanks to community support of the bond we continue to meet the strategic plan goals related to the physical buildings including: updating facilities and technology. The elementary is pushing forward, with direction from our new elementary principal Mrs. Kelly Weathers, on new curriculum. Both principals Mrs. Weathers and Mr. Hinman have already spent many days working on making this school year a success.
Parents, families, and community members play a pivotal role in the back-to-school success. Our students and our schools are only successful with the support of our patrons. Thank you for your commitment to the education of the youth in this community.
If you have time: stop by the school to visit, volunteer to read with an elementary student, watch a ball game, or join us at a Senior dinner. There are many ways to show your enthusiasm and support of the students and the school district
Please call me with any questions or words of wisdom.
Respectfully,
Amy Fagg
