IMPORTANT NEWS FOR ALL PETTIS CO. R-V PARENTS, STUDENTS, AND PATRONS:
During the next several months, we will be collaborating with stakeholders across our community to develop a strategic 5 year plan. Our hope is to unify the entire Pettis Co. R-V community in a common purpose centered around core beliefs. We believe that with careful planning and collective commitment we can be the best rural school district in Missouri and the top academic school in our conference. In order for us to accomplish this, we will need help in various forms from our Northwest family. The first critical item is for us to gather honest feedback about how we are performing from as many stakeholers as possible. Please take 5 or 10 minutes to complete this brief survey so we can have a solid starting point as we begin our strategic plan.
Survey: To access the survey, click on this link https://goo.gl/UKSS2Q.
Thank you and more information will soon be coming about how you can be involved in developing and providing feedback to our plan!
STRATEGIC PLANNING CONSULTANT:
We are excited to announce our partnership with Jim Dunn from Jim Dunn & Associates. Jim will be acting as an external facilitator during the strategic planning process. Having an outside person to facilitate is key to ensuring an unbiased perspective. He is a nationally recognized expert in school district communication, public relations, and strategic planning. Among many other accomplishments, Jim was instrumental in assisting the Jefferson City School District with their strategic plan and his involvement with the Joplin School District after the devastating tornado was key to their success. Many of you will get to know Jim and I encourage you to take advantage of future opportunities to speak with him about your thoughts and concerns about our district. Information regarding these opportunities will soon be coming.
